Gunnar B.J. Andersson, M.D., Ph.D., is the William A. Hark, M.D. – Suzanne G. Swift Professor and Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Andreshak is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a member of the North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. David S. Caminear, D.P.M. joined Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists, P.C. in 1996 being the first podiatric surgeon in Connecticut to associate with an orthopaedic practice. Dr. Caminear is Section Chief of Podiatric Surgery at the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven, Connecticut and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the Yale University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Caminear resides in Branford, Connecticut with his wife Christine, their son Michael and daughter Carolyn.

Peter Chan, M.D.

A native of New Jersey, Dr. Chan completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University and went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude and valedictorian from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1993. Following post-graduate training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, in 1999 Dr. Chan completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery and Microsurgery under the direction of David P. Green, M.D., at the Hand Center of San Antonio. Dr. Chan was then in private practice in Richmond, Virginia, for two years before returning to New Jersey. Today, Dr. Chan is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and holds the Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery. He has staff privileges at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Somerset Medical Center, Overlook Hospital, Saint Barnabas Medical Center and St. Clare’s Hospital.

Dr. Stephen B. Hanauer is presently Chief of the Section of Gastroenterology and Nutrition, Director of The Logan Center for GI Clinical Research and Co-Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Center at the University of Chicago. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and his medical degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, as well as his fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Chicago. Dr. Hanauer is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology, respectively. He serves on numerous committees at the University of Chicago and nationally, and is Councilor for Clinical Research on the American Gastroenterology Association Governing Board and is Chair of the Clinical Practice Section of the American Gastroenterological Association Council. He is author and coauthor of hundreds of peer-reviewed journal articles, books and book chapters, abstracts, monographs, and editorials. Dr. Hanauer is editor in chief of Nature Clinical Practice Gastroenterology & Hepatology and is also on the editorial boards of numerous medical journals, including the American Journal of Gastroenterology, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, and the American Journal of Medicine. He is the outgoing Chairman of the International Organization for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IOIBD).

Andrew Hecht, M.D.

His research interests are in cervical spine surgery and intervertebral disc biology.

Colman R. Kraff, M.D.

He has also been an invited visiting professor at numerous universities including Duke and Sloan-Kettering Cancer Institute. He serves on the Transfusion Committee for the American Society of Anesthesiologists and is on the board of directors for the Society for Alternative Blood Management.

Prince K. Zachariah, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Zachariah is the Medical Director, Information Technology at the Mayo Foundation and a Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Medical School. He has received multiple awards and fellowships for his work with hypertension and internal medicine and has been an invited speaker for many societies including the American Society of Hypertension and the American College of Cardiology.
